New Album “Glimpses of The Endless Sky” out Oct 8.

New 17-track album “Glimpses of The Endless Sky” is out October 8th, 2022! It is honestly a glimpse into my music career thus far, musically. It engages the listener on a journey, a sonic adventure. More optimistic in tone, the album features my liveliest and adventurous tracks yet. Musically, the album harkens back to my debut album, “Memories” (Oct 2020). Through the use of programming, software, drum machines, and out right synthesizer production, the album features tracks more in a pure electronica style, although still features piano and even some guitar on a few tracks within. With a brighter outlook, the album nature is about relief, and getting past the tougher times of the past.

From my bandcamp:

A 17 track excursion of more optimistic tones, a bit of return to the fare of debut 2020 album “Memories”. Found here are adventurous tracks stemming from EDM, IDM, ambient, ambient techno, house and simply, electronica. The album includes the use of drum programming, synthesizers and digital synthesis, with spare piano. Over all a synth-based album, the music here can appeal just about to anyone.

Credits: Matthew Kusiba (all). (Synths, Software, production/mixing, mastering, artwork).

Lexic Task’s debut, 13 track album, “Memories” is out digitally October 23rd, 2020, with digital pre-orders starting on Oct 5 (iTunes, Amazon Music, Google Play, Bandcamp, etc). “Memories” is an album within the scope of Electronic Music, IDM, and Downtempo Electronica, however also includes ambient guitar pieces (“Autumn Sunset”, “Coin Toss (Wishing Well)”); a piano elegy (“What Does It All Mean?”); and chill out tracks (“Chasm Hop”) and epic electronic pieces (the title track, “Memories”, “Dropchord”, “Sullen”) and even experimental pieces such as “Morning Air”. As an album, “Memories” encompasses the use of live instrumentation with digital synthesis. Most tracks have been performed live, either by piano, synthesizer, guitar, and drum machines, however many elements are also produced and edited with effects in music software. The album also reflects on personal issues, such as hope and perseverance during difficult times. The album is meant to merge the old with new, and to shine a light on perplexing issues all the while remaining hopeful, in the spirit of “getting through tough times together”.
